1. Order Acceptance
Placing an order on our site constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion, for example, if an item is out of stock, if there's an error in the listed price, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
You'll receive an email confirmation once your order is accepted. That confirmation is when the purchase contract between you and Cactus Wax is formed.
2. Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate pricing, but in the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing payment and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.
Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address.
3. Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards through Stripe, our payment processor. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the total amount due at the time of checkout.
We do not store your full card number. All payment data is handled securely by Stripe in accordance with PCI DSS standards.
4. Shipping
We ship within the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination; we'll send you a tracking number once your order ships.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control. If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we'll work with you to resolve it.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

We stand behind every product we make. If Cactus Wax didn’t perform the way you expected, we want to hear about it and make it right.
What’s covered
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
- The product doesn’t need to be unused. If you tried it on a project and it wasn’t right, that’s what this policy is for.
- This guarantee applies to up to 3 jars per order. It’s designed for customers genuinely evaluating our product, not bulk purchases.
Bulk or wholesale orders
Orders of 4 or more jars are not eligible for our standard satisfaction guarantee. If you’re ordering in bulk and want to evaluate the product first, we recommend starting with a single jar. If something arrives damaged or incorrect on a larger order, we’ll always make that right. Just contact us within 7 days.
Our discretion
We reserve the right to decline returns that show signs of misuse or abuse of this policy. We’ll always reach out to you directly if that’s the case.

Cactus Wax products are intended for use on wood surfaces. While our products are made from natural ingredients with no harmful VOCs, always test in an inconspicuous area before full application. Follow the application instructions on the label and product packaging.
We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from misuse or application to surfaces for which the product was not designed.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Cactus Wax or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any site content without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cactus Wax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

While we take great care with our products and descriptions, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose beyond what is stated on our product labels.
