Every jar is backed by us, within reason.
We stand behind every product we make. If Cactus Wax didn’t perform the way you expected, we want to hear about it and make it right.
What’s covered
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
- The product doesn’t need to be unused. If you tried it on a project and it wasn’t right, that’s what this policy is for.
- This guarantee applies to up to 3 jars per order. It’s designed for customers genuinely evaluating our product, not bulk purchases.
Bulk or wholesale orders
Orders of 4 or more jars are not eligible for our standard satisfaction guarantee. If you’re ordering in bulk and want to evaluate the product first, we recommend starting with a single jar. If something arrives damaged or incorrect on a larger order, we’ll always make that right. Just contact us within 7 days.
Our discretion
We reserve the right to decline returns that show signs of misuse or abuse of this policy. We’ll always reach out to you directly if that’s the case.

Every ingredient in Cactus Wax is food-safe and sourced primarily from the USA. No toxic drying agents, no mystery additives. We built this finish because we were frustrated with the same options you are: overpriced imports, toxic chemistry, or DIY mixes that eat up a weekend.
Our founder: Jonah Fisher
A woodworker for 15+ years, Jonah built Cactus Wax to solve a real problem. After struggling with finishes that were toxic, overpriced, or just too time-consuming, he developed a formula using only food-safe ingredients and advanced chemistry that cures faster and harder than traditional hardwax oils.
