Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Method & Delivery

All orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage. Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days after your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated based on the items in your cart.

• Orders containing only Test Jars (1.5 oz) start at $5.99. Each additional Test Jar adds $2.00.
• Orders containing any Full-Size Jar (8 oz) start at $8.99. Each additional Full-Size Jar adds $3.00, and each Test Jar adds $2.00.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of what you received. If it does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, let us know. Either way, email us at [contact email] and we will make it right.
