Every jar is backed by us, within reason.
We stand behind every product we make. If Cactus Wax didn’t perform the way you expected, we want to hear about it and make it right.
What’s covered
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
- The product doesn’t need to be unused. If you tried it on a project and it wasn’t right, that’s what this policy is for.
- This guarantee applies to up to 3 jars per order. It’s designed for customers genuinely evaluating our product, not bulk purchases.
Bulk or wholesale orders
Orders of 4 or more jars are not eligible for our standard satisfaction guarantee. If you’re ordering in bulk and want to evaluate the product first, we recommend starting with a single jar. If something arrives damaged or incorrect on a larger order, we’ll always make that right. Just contact us within 7 days.
Our discretion
We reserve the right to decline returns that show signs of misuse or abuse of this policy. We’ll always reach out to you directly if that’s the case.

At the heart of every desert landscape stands the unassuming cactus, while it’s spikes are obvious, it’s the waxy cuticle that shields it from the brutal climate. We named our product Cactus Wax because, like that natural barrier, it protects your projects with the same power and durability
Our Founder: Jonah Fisher
A woodworker for 15+ years, Jonah built Cactus Wax's Toasted Finish out of frustration with the options on the market: overpriced imports, toxic chemistry, or DIY mixes that ate up a weekend. What started in a single Tempe workshop is now a small Arizona team shipping nationwide.
